Madelyn Sierra, MBA
Principal
Madelyn Sierra is the founder of Madelyn Sierra and Associates.  As a management consultant specializing in organizational strategy and leadership development, Madelyn helps her clients identify their unique opportunities and challenges and develop action plans for success. Madelyn brings over 25 years of business experience to her consulting practice and is known for her ability to partner closely with her clients to ensure that they reach their goals.

Madelyn has consulted to companies, governmental agencies and universities on organizational change and leadership development. Her work has included managing change initiatives in global organizations, developing leadership programs for higher education and coaching executives. She approaches each engagement by first understanding each client’s overall strategic objectives and how to support success on both an organizational, team and individual level.

Prior to establishing Madelyn Sierra and Associates, she helped launch Harvard Business Publishing’s virtual leadership development program, Leadership Direct. She designed and delivered programs to over 1000 participants worldwide that included executives with HCL Technologies, Ayala Corporation, Hormel, IBM, Novell, Reed Elsevier and other leading companies. She has also coached executive participants of Harvard Business School Executive Education programs

In addition to her consulting practice, Madelyn is also a Lecturer at the University of Miami School of Business. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a certificate in Organizational Development from Columbia University.  Madelyn is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)  and certified in the Hogan Assessment.
